Earlier this year I wrote an article on the Fear of Flying in Fog, and more specifically, how an aircraft can land itself using the latest technology. Of course the pilots are still monitoring all systems, and the aircraft must be rated to complete such a landing. Also, all autopilot systems must be in working order or a ‘autolanding’ is not permitted and the aircraft will be diverted to another airport instead.

It is time to turn to you – the fearful flyer – for some help. I’m trying to make Flying Fear the top website for free fear of flying advice, but I need to know more about your fear.
So, in order for me to help you I would love it if you could answer the few questions below. Your name and email address are optional, so you can answer the survey anonymously if you wish. If you do enter your email address I will only use it to send you the odd bit of help and advice, and nothing else (i.e. I won’t sell it to some evil marketing company!!).
