This is a video of a FedEx plane crashing in Tokyo on the morning of March 23rd 2009. My prayers go out to all onboard (reportedly 2 pilots), and their families.

There is no news as yet of fatalities, but it’s difficult to see how anyone could survive this. The only positive is that it was not a passenger jet.

Latest reports have confirmed that both pilots were killed in the accident. My thoughts are with their familiesat this difficult time. R.I.P.

Possible causes seem to revolve around the weather – with gale warnings in force for the area. Some have suggested wind shear as a possible explanation for the horrific accident.
