Ok, I know, this is a strange subject to be talking about. But, ever since I started flying I have wondered why it takes the majority of passengers so long to use the lavatory on a plane.

There are some obvious suggestions – but I’m talking about only 1 person in the toilet, so any references to the ‘mile high club’ are irrelevant. Unless of course, some passengers join that club ‘on their own’! Hmmmm…. does that count I wonder!

Let’s move off that subject before I slip any further down the slippery rope into the depths of the unknown!

Well, after years of wondering, it seems Heather Poole has possibly answered my question for me.Are you ready? Here goes – drum roll please……

Now – I’m not sure if this is the only thing that our passengers get up to. In fact, I really don’t want to think about it too much – but it certainly explains a lot.

What I still do NOT understand, is;

1. Why you would want to take a photo of yourself in an aircraft toilet – is this really an integral part of your holiday?!
2. Why – and this one is really bugging me – would you then want to upload that photo onto a public website!

Is this some club that I am unaware of? I’m so intrigued!
